...please stop F'ing up Marcos Hi-Way!

Everyday I have to traverse the purgatory that is Marcos Highway east of Manila. I'm sure those from Marikina, Cainta, and Antipolo can relate. Hukay dito, hukay doon. Even the side streets that can serve as alternate routes, hukay-hukay na rin. Sigh.

I know you have projects to complete and money to burn. I know some areas are in dire need of running tap. But for the love of mercy -- can you limit it to certain areas and consider the plight of motorists and commuters?

    Konting tiis lang brother.

    Temporary inconvenience lang naman yan.
Pag matapos ang project nyan i'm sure madami matutuwa na magkakaroon na ng reliable na supply ng tubig.

    peace!

I thought they were fixing the drainage.. para iwas baha...
    Manila Water pala yun..

Ganyan din sa may Ortigas Extn.. 4 months na ata nila ginagawa ang daan.. Traffic na nga during the normal day, lalo pang nagiging traffic dahil sa ginagawang paghuhukay...

ask ko lang naman that they space out their projects more, and work double time. di siguro nararanasan ng mga execs nila ang pasakit sa motorists and commuters. i say they they put up shifts for 24 hours para tapos agad.

marcos hiway has always been chaotic with all the trucks from antipolo and daredevil jeepneys. pero ngayon, para na syang warzone talaga.

and to the "kaway-kaway" personnel assigned to wave motorists by -- walang silbi ginagawa nyo. sumama na lang kayo sa paghukay para matapos agad.

They've also been working on Lawton Ave. in Fort Bonifacio for closing on a year now - traffic is already pretty heavy, and then they close one lane for their pipelaying, so cars northbound are left with just one lane. Hukay, lagay pipe, tapal ng buhangin, pressure test, tapal ng pangit na asphalt, test, hukay uli, lagay ng concrete, hintay matuyo, and finally final layer ng asphalt. At least here, they do add a good final layer - probably because the military would have their arses if they don't

I understand the temporary inconvenience part while they're digging up...e ang kaso...nagiging forever inconvenience.

simply because pag tapos na nila yung project, hindi tama yung pagtapal nila doon sa hinukay nila...ang systema basta nasabing sinemento uli e okay na! ends up sinemento nga uli, pero di na pantay...baku-bako na kalsada pagkatapos. ....kaya ayan forever na ang inconvenience to all passing motorist...naprivatize na ba talaga manila water, kung ganun baket parang diskarteng gobyerno pa din?
