Tis true. Minsan hirap makita ang sign nila pag on Headlight ng jeep. Pero there must be a better way than the Takumi way...

palitan kasi nila yung sistema ng paglagay ng signage sa mga pampublikong sasakayan, ndi dapat sa windshield, nakaka sagabal din sa view ng driver. d nila gayahin sa ibang bansa na sa upper portion ng sasakyan gaya ng mga bus sa ibang bansa na nakailaw at malaki ang sulat ng route.

if bayani fernando was able to regulate, if not ban, tricycles, in marikina, he can do it throughout metromanila. i think most are agreed that nuisance talaga mga tricycles. we can't simply say, mag ingat na lang tayo kasi di sila marunong mag-ingat. saka mawawalan sila ng trabaho, kaya pabayaan na silang gawing leche araw araw buhay natin. no one is above the law, not even the poor. kung ganun rin lang ang usapan, tricycle na bilin ko at idrive araw araw.

Sorry but that's how it is to live in Metro Manila, either accept the reality or live elasewhere there's no tricycle, pedicab, calesa PUJ, PUB, etc...

Judyang: While a lot of trike drivers are unskilled on the road, so are A LOT of private vehicles.

What will the commuters use? Your argument is a bit one-sided and unrealistic.

maybe we can't remove all tricycles. pero bakit nga ba hindi. most tricycle routes are walking distance kaya lang ayaw na ng tao maglakad or bawal talaga sila dun sa ruta na yun pero pinapasok pa rin nila. fernando according to another poster, was able to regulate it in marikina. why not in other places? if we accept things simply because it is there, kahit mali, then we don't really deserve anything better.

i also think most private vehicles follow traffic laws and more will still follow, kung enforced talaga. in case of tricycles, they won't follow, period. daily i pass a road na one lane both ways and pagrush hour, private vehicles are very disciplined not to overtake, but not the tricycles, ALL OF THEM would overtake, block incoming traffic, tapos, sisingitan ang nasa unahan. theyre doing it like its their right to block all other vehicles. sometimes i think, some of them, nakadalawang biyahe na balikan, kami nandun pa rin.
