Overspeeding? [Amount for Penalty?]

Hello guys, galing ako Fontana this morning, pauwi pa northbound, and sa may toll after pulilan, nahuli ako. Sabi ng officer, I was managing a speed of 136km/h but I was really doing more than that. Anyway, I asked the officer kung magkano aabutin non, he told me na he has no Idea. Cause I'll be asking my personnel to get it sa LTO east avenue, I have no Idea kung magkano aabutin. Thus the fee vary depending on the speed?

Thanks Ghost hunter for the link, medyo naguguluhan ako dun sa baguio Forums, sabi ng isa, 1277 php ung fee, plus seminar?? So that means hindi ko pede pakuha sa personnel ung licencse? dahil may seminar? Or pede bang bayaran ko na lang ung seminar?

Uhmmm, upon approaching the line, I backed out sa haba, then one guy said that he's from the Lto, told me "do you need help?" sabi ko nahuli ako kinuha license ko, I claim ko ngayon, sabi niya saturday kayo nahuli, wala pa yan sir, sabi ko bakit wala pa??? Then he said thursday pa daw darating yan. Anyway, he told me to be back ng thursday ng 8:30 ng umaga, bring 2000php siya na daw bahala. 1,300 for the fine, 700 for the seminar. WTF?? My question is tama ba ung price niya? Is it worth it? Or ako na lang mismo magasikaso.

sir, advice ko better to pay the fine and take the seminar. in that way, di ka na uulit sa over speeding mo. hassle kumuha ng license diba?

I think fixer yan due to obvious factor.

And to the People here, according to gr 102782 1991 - no officer of the government like MMDA or Municipal police can confiscate your license no matter what traffic violation. They can only revoke or suspend but never confiscate. My basis on that is the Solicitor General vs MMC a.k.a. MMDA now durin December 11 , 1991 court decision about this similar incident, a.k.a. gr 102782 1991..

Sir when my License was confiscated, I was finding a way to get it, my way, asking for a friend, relatives, not knowing by my parents. So ako mismo nagpupunta Lto pumipila, sabi ko di ko naman dapat ginagawa toh, so it was time to tell na my dad about it. So nakiusap dad ko sa friend niya na who works inside, who is my tito, who helped me get my license easily. But mind you, HINDI ko na uulitin yun. I've got my lessons straightened up.

Good thing your dad knows someone from LTO, I was also caught last Nov 1 in NLEX and was measured daw at 136 pero i was driving at around 160.
I've been looking for friends who knows people from there but I have'nt had my luck yet. I guess it's goodbye 1k for me

today ako nahuli sa NLEX overspeeding daw.126kph pero takbo is about 160kph..kukunin ko pa next week.

I was apprehended last week on my exit to La Paz in SCTEX. Kakukuha ko lang lisensya ko ngayon hayz sobra hassle, offline pa ang database ng stradcom kaya pala panay basa ng dyarno nung mga adjudication officers. buti nagonline around 9:30am. After nagonline tuloy tuloy na naman na from bayad to examination to evaluation (bigay lang results actually sa process na ito after ma check results), then counter 39 wala pa 5 mins kuha na lisensya.

Lessons learned: magiging maingat na sa pagpapatakbo sa mga daan at iiwasan magoverspeed. Kung di daing sa katawan pag naaksidente, sakit sa bulsa naman ang idadaing sa LTO sa pagtubos ng lisensya
