    Our penology system really needs an overhaul. Let's hope reforms are also in order, like what the Red Cross is working on here

    Napatawa ako sa sinabi ni Mayor Halili ng Tanauan sa interview niya sa TV a few nights ago,- kausap daw niya ang isang druglord sa kanyang cellphone at sinabi niyang "sige kayo nang (mga druglords) ang magbanatan... " (para maubos na kayo)....

    Tapos tinanong siyang ng news anchor,- "kung alam po ninyong druglord siya/sila,- bakit hindi po ninyo hulihin?"

    Sagot niya,- "e, nasa NBP na po sila...."

    L*ngy*,- remote control ng drug operation,- may cellphone at iba pa sa loob ng NBP....
