... where a blind person is given a permit-to-carry firearms outside of residence.
... where the batteries for volcanic eruption-sensing equipment are stolen.
... nearly every public official/employee steals and yet the people do nothing.
... criminal syndicates are protected by the supposedly law enforcers.
... where the people in the alledgedly "ONLY CHRISTIAN COUNTRY IN ASIA" don't act like Christians and is the number 2 most corrupt country in asia

Only in the philippines where the yellow light is not considered as "caution : prepare to stop" but as "go faster". Kahit sa China, they follow it as "caution : prepare to stop" even when chinese are considered as worlds worst drivers.
e di dapat pala Filipinos (ayoko mag-generalize) na ang dapat tawaging "world's worst drivers?"

...where, afaik, train accidents are usually caused by missing train tracks (stolen by people to be sold as scrap metal)
...kung saan walang natatalo sa isang eleksyon (o basketball game o kung ano pa man), kasi lagi raw nadadaya (hence, kung di ka nanalo, nadaya ka!)

    Only in the Philippines.......

Where Traffic Enforcers (MMDAs) don't know the difference between ODD and EVEN numbers?

I can still remember, one time, when a field reporter of Channel 2 asked one MMDA Traffic Enforcer, on the spot, to enumerate those ODD and EVEN numbers? Sagot nung MMDA? Isang mapait na ngiti at kamot ng ulo!

    Nakakahiya!

I've been to a lot of places but it's only here in the Philippines where you can see "metal railings/fences" (just like the ones in Ayala, Cubao, Magallanes), in the middle of the road, to separate traffic, and those private vehicles from PUVs.

    Marami na nadisgrasya rito......
