why MC? diba as good as cash yan? company/personal check nalang para may clearing pa na 3 days. or just shoulder the interest sa amortization. at least di sayang cost of money just like what ILuvDetailing mentioned

The manager can put the cash in his pocket while the MC can only be negotiated under the payees name (deposit sa account). If a certain bank (drawer bank) negotiated the check under second endorsement ang mananagot bangko. bawal po iyon.

Sa personal check, firms are doubtful if your checking account has sufficient balance. sa managers check mas safe sila. Pwede rin mag hintay ng clearing pero between a buyer and a seller lagi niyong tatandaan KALIWAAN LAGI.
