How do I stop Smart from sending me these useless trivia messages to my mobile?
I couldn't even get through their 888-1111 hotline; the voice says I have "insufficient load" to use the customer service hotline. How smart is that?! Kaya nga ako nawalan ng load, dahil kinain ng Smart eh! )

salamat salamat sa mga replies! toll-free naman dapat 'ung hotline. pero kailangan mong i-key-in 'ung 11-digit mobile phone number. pagkatapos mong mag-key-in, saka sasabihin na insufficient ang balance to use the customer service hotline. i tried STOP ALL, sana ok na ito.
ask them to correct it, po. they will create a new CR, is what they did to mine years ago. they...
