No Right Turn on Red Signal

dito sa makati.. pag walang nakalagay na "No Right on Red" eh pwede kumanan.. basta walang incoming vehicles..

kagaya don sa intersection nang ayala and makati ave going to edsa.. naka red sya.. tapos naka go yung coming from makati ave turing left sa ayala.. so walang incoming vehicles.. safe mag right turn to makati ave..

No Turn on RED signal na ata ang wording sa mga bagong signboard ngayon. So huli ka talaga if you don't pay attention to these rather big signs. Dyan masipag ang MAPSA.

If that sign is not there, then just be cautious when turning right to make sure oncoming traffic does not hit you.

What's a bit confusing is the "RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT" sign when it's in combination with a traffic light. May ibang intersections na may ganun nang sign, tapos may traffic light pang naka RED ang right turn arrow. So ibig sabihin, RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT, but not right now?"

"RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT" without the traffic light na may RED right turn arrow is pretty clear.

coming from ayala going to citibank.. ganyan yung left lane must turn left naman.. kasi nauuna yung left turn to citibank.. pag dumiretso ka.. may mapsa nang papara sayo don.. pag hindi ka naman dumiretso.. huhulihin ka pa din pag tawid mo kasi hinarangan mo yung mga kakaliwa..

Madalas sa Makati ung asa likod ko puro busina, kasi pag hindi green or nag senyas un nangongotong na pwede ako kumanan.

Pwede ka ba ticketan kung hindi ka kumanan (while red ang traf light) if other drivers are doing it.

Sa traffic law pwede kang mag right turn kahit pula unless may sign na nagbabawal. Kung walang sign understood na pwede. Sa traffic rule din kung sino nasa main road ang may right of way. Kung red light sa atin you have to wait till it's safe to turn, kung ipinilit mong ipasok ng red ang traffic signal mo at nabangga ka ang lamang sa kaso ay yung green light. They would be travelling fast with the expectation na walang papasok sa kanan dahil green ang light nila, they know those on red will yield to them as per traffic law.

You're just making a right turn and not crossing the street, of course with caution. Karamihan sa traffic light wala namang right arrow green and red lights. You're not violating the rule kung wala namang 'no right turn on red signal'. Parang U-turn sign kung walang no u-turn sign pwede ka ma-u-turn. Most commonly yung mga bawal lang ang inilalagay sa sign kasi yan nga ang magiging basis ng violation mo.

right lane must turn right means when you're in the right lane you're supposed to turn right and not go straight. if it's a red light you can turn right with caution unless there is a sign that you're not allowed to turn right when the light is red, pag may red arrow light or sign na you're not supposed to turn on red light then you can only turn right when the traffic light becomes green. again if you're on the right lane and there is a sign that says right lane must turn right you're supposed to turn right when the light becomes green and not go straight. pero dito sa atin all traffic signs are just a suggestion.

dami ko nakikita na nasa right lane na may sign "right lane must turn right" tapos di naman pala kakanan. pag binusinahan mo sila pa galit. eh di nila alam dapat pag nan don ka kumanan ka. kaya nag tataka ako kung bakit kelangan pa ng drivers license sa atin eh kung sino sino lang naman nakaka kuha, basic traffic rules and traffic signs di alam.

kung yung RED lang ang sira.. eh di pag walang ilaw naka RED yun..

mag GO ka lang pag nag GREEN.

then green ka lang mag right turn.

anyway the rule is if traffic lights aren't working, it will become a stop sign. meaning you have to follow the rules of a stop sign pag sira ang stop light, first to stop first to go and 3 second full stop. dito sa atin pag sira ang stop light labo labo na.:bwahaha:
