December 11th, 2017 01:02 AM #1Guys, I'm really not up-to-date with the new rules on the road especially on this one. Base sa search ko na-suspend daw ito? I'm not sure though. Just making sure para iwas violation

December 11th, 2017 09:12 AM #5You are taking a gamble everytime you go out without or/cr because technically speaking your vehicle is not yet registered.Better wait for your or/cr muna for your peace of mind...around 15 days din daw sabi ng SA ko sa akin.

December 11th, 2017 12:54 PM #6Thanks for the feedback guys! Di ko pa naman dindrive around yung car other than from its release. Buti nalang nagtanong muna ako dito hehe. Question, gaano ba katagal talaga magrelease ng ORCR? Base from my SA, 1 month pa daw.

Pero if you have the complete documents and sayo lang talaga aasikasuhin ng dealership baka matagal na ang 3 days.

December 11th, 2017 03:26 PM #8What do you mean by "complete" documents? If may mga documents lang pala na need ipasa para mas mapabilis ang process then I'll pass it asap.

December 11th, 2017 04:40 PM #9I think what he means is given complete documents (those required by LTO) and yun sa iyo lang ang lalakarin, mabilis lang ang processing. It doesn't mean na may documents na kailangan submit to hasten the process.
What he also means is that it is customary for the dealers para ipunin ang mga LTO registration documents para 1 time lang ang pagpunta sa LTO and to save on "processing" fee nila.
If you're in a hurry, you can ask your dealer (if they will allow it) na ikaw na ang mag-submit sa LTO and magprocess ng documents mo. Im not sure if it will be faster but at least alam mo ang galaw ng documents mo.

December 11th, 2017 07:15 PM #10Thanks for your feedback! I'll ask my SA if he can just give me the documents. Mas better na yun. Like what you said, I can keep on track sa processing of ganun yung gagawin ko. Hopefully he can allow me to do it. If not, most probably kukulitin ko nalang SA ko. Haha
