FYI lang po, nakasabay ko nanina sa Marcos Highway sa Marikina tung Gorilla na to, nag bright lights and wang-wang may blue and red din!

Pinauna na siya, ma trapik sa Marcos highway kanina kasi may clearing ng kalat ni ondoy.

Then na-abutan ko siya sa ortigas hindi na siya nag wang-wang pero naka headlights pa rin!

I report sa "Police" ??

If it's a USDM Suburban, then it's headlights will always be on when the parking brake is released (Daytime Running Lights). Its a safety feature required in other markets.

On that model Suburban, the headlamp is the DRL itself. Only newer GM products use dedicated bright amber lamps for the DRL. Other manufacturers still use the whole headlamp. Just clearing things up especially for us who use DRL's.

Well, he still used his siren and blinkers and the TS caught up with him later on (so most likely hindi emergency, pang una sa traffic lang talaga)... doesnt that warrant a Goon Squad citation?

OT re DRL:

guys, a lot of foreigners here (esp. americans) turn on their headlights kahit na walang batas satin na ganun kasi mas safe ito according to research. mapapansin niyo most stock motorcycles (when not modified) eh naka-on headlights lagi.
