Ipa blotter na lang muna para makatulong sa insurance. Insurance company na ang bahala kung hahabulin nila. Nakaka bad trip lang ang abala na ipapasok sa casa for repairs.

Braon14 meron kaming kilalang pulis.
Hula ko hindi nakita nung motor na yun ang black camry mo kaya bumangga sa yo yun.
Hindi kaya tanggalin nun ang plate niya kapag pumunta ka dun sa lugar kung saan siya?

File a report on the incident... perhaps this would also hamper his having the bike registered???

File mo na lang sa insurance na hit and run pero get information about the onwer of the motorcycle. Confront him para matauhan na kaya siyang habulin sa kalokohan nya ... Mag-deny to death yan pero at least alam nyang nakuha plaka nya ... Had this experience.

Kapag minor lang ang damange (like this incident), you don't need to file a blotter or police report to claim for insurance coverage (although you still need to foot the participation fee) - a simple affidavit will do.
Now, if you can trace the motorcyle... you can make him to pay for the participation fee instead of the whole amount.
Also had a run in with an MC before, he slammed into my rear bumper... tumba! I got out of the car to check on him pero biglang tayo and tumakas. Coward.

Tama, you can file a hit-and-run case to claim from the insurance, but as you said, one heavy and few light scratches only. The insurance may cover for it but you still need to spend the "first" 2 or 3 thou. So bale wala na halos ang insurance dyan, kase one bumper is one panel, not as expensive as the value of your car. As with regards to the motorcycle driver, pwede mo naman ma trace yan, but you need to file a police report about it, kaso mo, matagal yan (tracing) and not as easy as it seems (legally), unless may nasaktan as a result of the incident. Madami pa nga pending cases of death due to hit-and-run pero hindi pa na kakakuha ng justice. If you want the driver to learn his lesson, well, you may want to try doing it, but I dont think its worth your time..maiinis ka lang sa kaka follow up and eventually wala din mangyayari.
I suffered the same thing, natumbahan ng motor yung car ko, nayupi yung door ko, pero since may edad na babae ang nag dra drive (yung WAVE) , kinampihan ng traffic aide, nasugatan kase , so it seemed na ako pa may kasalanan, pero pinalusot ko na lang...talagang ganun. Kaso mo, I was driving an ordinary car, pero sa yo, surely masaklap yan at camry yan.

Nope... for the Camry it won't be the first 2-3K expense... it would be the participation fee (roughtly 1% of the car's insured value). So at P1.9M that would roughly be P19K. :faint:
On second thought, it might be more cheaper to have your bumper repaired (dent removel & repaint) separately.
any feedback for America Lumina Nano Ceramic ? which better between Sunblock Ceramic vs Lumina...
