July 26th, 2011 12:09 AM #11i switched to globe 8 years ago because nangangain ng credits ang SMART. on my most recent trip abroad, GLOBE naman overcharged me by 100%, doble ng actual consumption ko! kahit sino sa dalawa buwaya! ive yet to escalate the matter with a globe CSR dahil mas mahal ang magagastos ko pag ako hinighblood sa pakikipagaway. true story.

Malamang mayron ka pong invisible subscription sa mga services nila like ringtone whatsoever. The problem with globe is minsan hindi na nila nanonotify yung customers nila throught text regarding their subscriptions lalo na yung mga old services. This is their way of stealing load from their customers in a sugar-coated manner of course. In the end, they will say everything's legal and it will be our fault for not unsubscribing at an earlier time.
