Kung mawala man ang jeep nya sa kanya pwede naman syang mag apply as jeepney driver na buma boundery. Di ko na problema kung mabaliw man sya sa pwedeng mangyari at kumapit sa patalim.

Kung bumper lang sana ang sira at drivable pa yung sasakyan ko pwedeng palagpasin ko pa. Pero hindi eh, ako pa nag bayad ng towing para madala sa headquarters at casa.

Pwede yan kung sa kanya nakapangalan ang jeep. Or kung hindi kahit anong properties sequester. Ang nangyari sakin binigyan sya ng 1yr to produce or its jailtime..

Nalala ko lang nakabangga ako ng taxi, go na right turn only, ang taxi drayber na pasaway biglang hinto nagaabang ng pasahero,inabot ko pero maliit na guhit lang buti nka steel offroad bumpers ako.. Unang tanong ko sa taxi drayber... Magkano! Haha.. Tingin sa itaas si manong parang nag cocompute pa.. Hindi makasagot kaya tinanong ko ulit sabay abot tatlong daan, sabiko quits na tayo eto may witness(te)..si manong ok lang naisagot, sabay alis ko.wala pang 2mins cguro ung negotiation.

kung naka comprehensive insurance ka gamitin mo, sayang naman ang binabayad mo kung pasasakitin mo oa ang ulo mo.

kung TPL ka lang, at sa tingin mo ung value ng jeep ay sapat lan na pambayad sa damage, pagawa ka deed of sale para iyo na ang jeep. kung natatago na ung driver/owner at wala na din balak makipag areglo sayo, pasimplehan mo lang na buksan un takip ng engine oil at hulugan mo ng mga bulitas o maliit na bakal.

Yung huling nakasagi sa akin tri sikad isang straight na lang binigay ko. As usual palibot mga kasama at bakit daw ako nananakit, sabi ko sige bayaran nya ngayon din yung damage at papasuntok din ako sa kanya.

I was in the same situation last year with my brand new SUV barely 5 months when a jeepney hit me damaging my right door and front right fender including my Mag wheel. The driver had no license, just a Ticket from his last violation and he had two different OR's to make things worst. I was very furious 'coz I was on my way to a contract signing for a very lucrative deal that I have been working on for 3 months. I decided to look at things with as much understanding and wisdom and called my insurance broker and asked how to deal with the situation. They advised me to take pictures, get photocopies of the whatever the docs the driver had and have an affidavit made for filing my claim. Though I was mad at the driver and the situation I simply asked him to accompany me to the Casa so we could have an idea of the estimated damage and how he can help. He readily gave in to my request and when he found out the repairs were close to 400K his knees instantly shook. At that point I told him the only way I could help him was for him to cover my participation fee w/c is only 3k and upon hearing that he voluntarily left to get some money to cover the said fee. I lost the business deal that day but in return got a better deal after one week, 5x better than what I was supposed to get from the one I lost. The insurance approved immediately the Total Replacement of all parts damaged with no body works whatsoever so I felt no loss at all. I simply bit a bitter pill but that certainly cured my situation and made my life better. Sometimes we just have to let things happen and let divine providence take control of a worst situation and make it better for us.

I meant for you to feel some sense of reality in your situation and not to confuse or rouse your anger more. Coming from someone who was in the same situation then I just felt I'd get more sensible recovery if I focus more on what I can work with not with what I don't have a clue as what to do next. Here are your REALISTIC solutions:

1. File an insurance claim of w/c Insurers nowadays aren't hard to deal with. You'd be surprised that this road is easier and less hassle or stressful.
2. Focus more on when you can get your car repaired so you can get your business and life on track the soonest.
3. Avoid situations that will confuse you more or put you in a position that you might regret someday for being angry and roused. Though you may win in the end of this battle the casualty of this war falls more on your side picking up the pieces and clearing the ruins. You just might feel you have lost altogether in the end after analyzing what you went through just to get the justice you think you deserved.
4. We are all trying to help you with this problem but I'd hate to think that I influenced you to feel angered and do something rash instead of really help solve your problem.
5. Avoid the mob mentality. You are a sensible person and capable of thinking and deciding on what is good and not. Just use your sensible persona and get your life back quietly. There are too many angry people already and you need not to be in that horrible mix or else you will find yourself drained, confused and exhausted with the path they trek on.

I was hoping you'd listen more to people who were actually in your shoes, but I do understand your frustration. Just my two cents. Good luck!

what i find frustrating is yung abala na mawawalan ka ng sasakyan dahil damaged nga yung sasakyan mo.

Hindi lahat blessed na may spare car for them to use.

While si balasubas na driver bibigyan ka lang na 3k - 5k or kung how much man yung participation.
