Hey I was there last friday and I saw the aftermath of this accident. If I remember correctly, white lancer sa iyo right? Medyo yung expedition kasi tinitingnan ko eh, lufet ng rims eh, bling bling!

Hirap din kasi nung maneuver na yon, you have to change 4-5 lanes in about 20 meters of road lang..

yeah its been a daily struggle for me to change lanes coming from the Gabriela Silang parking lot. I didn't make a big swerve like moving wrecklessly from the uttermost side to the left side. I was cautiously moving from one lane to the other given the volume of incoming traffic from other side of makati ave. As I've mentioned earlier, the expedition was 5 meters away from the vehicle in front of him and in full stop. This was my window of opportunity to make singit with my signal light indicating that i am turning left. kung di rin naman kasi siya mag give way he could have honked flashed his headlight, or should have make tutok to the vehicle in front of him. I could have waited for the vehicle behind the expedition to give me a chance to pass. Unfortunately the driver did not see me daw and so he rammed over my poor uninsured car. Again my car wasn't moving when he rammed the car so it wasnt a collision like what was stated in the report.

We just represented ourselves in court against the lawyers of Land Bank. Madali naman sindakin sa technicalities iyan since enthusiasts tayo. Gumamit ka lang ng mga malalim na salita tungkol sa tsikot taob na 'yan.

Ni wala namang alam sa sasakyan yung mga abogado ng kalaban...

Ang laban mo diyan is nakahinto ka nung mangyari ang nasabing insidente. They cannot say you were intending to swerve (nakahinto ka nga). By forensics pwede mo namang i-prove na nakahinto ka. Makikita yan sa travel ng damage.

If you were moving forward, the damage will travel from your front corner in the direction of your door. If you were stopped, the damage will travel in the opposite direction (towards the front).

Patingin na lang ng pics if you need anymored advice on this. I used to analyze crashed vehicles on my free time. Kaso wala nang free time ngayon.

sabihin mo na lang na you talked to your insurance and inadvise ka na yung kabila dapat ang managot dyan. ask where you can send your certificate of no claim and yung photocopy ng driver's license, OR, and CR.

I sympatihize with you ownertype. Getting out of Gabriela Silang is a challeng, and turning left towards Ayala from there is no small feat. I used to park there before, and whenever I have to make a left towards Ayala is I open my windows, wave at the oncoming vehicles and SMILE hehe (joke ). Mukhang iipitin ka niyang si Ina Raymundo. Ikalat na lang kaya natin tong thread na to, like what happened dun kay NTV777. Tas file a case na rin para at least nakarecord. It may be a hassle, pero you have your evidence naman eh. IMHO, pwede na rin namang ikalat sa media yan eh, may ibidinsya ka naman eh.
