how about yung situation nung threadstarter na halos bago pa kotse? Pag hindi narecover kotse nya eh brand new ang ipapalit ng insurance?

I mean sa insurance meron ba period na within 3 years pag naka-carnap ang car or may accident eh ang ipapalit brand new?

Sa case ng TS he gets the cash value of the car as written in the policy if the police deem it "UNRECOVERABLE". He will not get a new car or even a replacement he will just get the car's value in CASH. If it is recovered then ayun na you get your car back, tapos kung may damages the insurance will shoulder the damage. Its almost close to impossible for the insurance to replace your car regardless kano man binaboy kotse mo...

Basta nanakawan ka CASH na yan no replacement whatsoever. Parang house insurance kung nasunog bahay mo CASH ibibigay sayo hindi new house.... And yes only the market value of the car at the time it was stolen, nakalagay yan sa policy mo...

sobrang malas nga nga if this incident happens to anyone.. (wag naman sana) i dont know if ganun nga balak nila, But i think this almost happened to me. Didnt succeed tho. thank God.

blessing in disguise siguro para sa TS, now that the fuel prices are at it's all time high, no choice for him but to take public transpo...so medyo sanay na siguro siya pag dating ng time na kailangan mag commute na lang tayo sa mahal ng gas...hehehhee

Dunno about you, even if I had to pay for high gas prices I'd rather have my car back
