Kaya i told my self, relatives and friends do yourself and the world a favor DON'T GIVE ALMS!

Unang una lets say totoong namamalimos lang you're not helping them and to add up you put yourself at risk gaya nung sa article.

Wag mag bukas ng bintana while on the road. Kahit pa mukang nakakaawa ang mga nanlilimos. Safety first guys...

The best way to help beggars is not to give alms. So they will not rely on other people and find ways to earn money decently.

    +1, totally agree.
Why do we have beggars in our streets?
Because there are motorists who tolerate them, by giving cash, coins, etc...thinking that they are helping someone by doing so.
There are so many means to help those who are needy, but not in the street naman.
Dadami lalo ang magpapalimos sa kalsada pag madami ang magbibigay habang nasa kalsada......do we want our streets to be filled with beggars?
Let us clean up our streets...we can share a little help by not tolerating the street beggars.....drive by any of the foundations instead and drop your coins in their tin cans.

    Correct Bro.
LTO, MMDA, PNP.....mahirap tanggapin, but the truth is madami sa kanila ang "warm bodies", although there are handful naman who are not....kaya lang baka konti lang siguro ang may dedication to "make a change" for a better Phils...
In my own opinion, nothing will happen if we will rely on them, kakaway-kaway lang ang mga yan, pa pito-pito, pa huli-huli ..... in the end, it doesn't make any difference, yon pa rin ang nakikita natin, at magiging ganyan pa din yan for so many years more to come, unless we make a move.

We as motorist can contribute to clean-up our streets with vendors, etc, etc.
It is a law of supply and demand, pag walang bibili, titigil ang mga yan sa pagtitinda....nandiyan sila sa kalsada since they are being patronized, may kita sila e.
Will we expect MMDA, PNP, Traffic Enforcers to stop them? In our dreams maybe, or to be fair naman with the agencies - "once in a while", then ningas-cogon na.
If no one will buy from them within our streets, then titigil ang mga yan......kaya lang madaming "mamang tsuper" e, who really patronize them well, lalo na sa yosi.
But we can influence them......we just need to make that move....the first move.
