I did notice that driver discipline at NLEX has deteriorated, most especially slowpokes driving on the overtaking lane & refusing to move despite flashing lights or honking horns. I emailed MNTC about this & suggested they embark on driver education by handing out flyers at the tollbooths but they have not replied. It's disappointing to pay the toll only to suffer from clueless drivers.
