most nag bebenta ng sasakyan ngayon online puro buy and sell bihira na lang yung direct seller ang nag bebenta ng sasakyan.. Try looking at ayosdito.com and sulit.com.ph even sa tzikot.biz... Mostly buy and sell na and all I can say is mag doble ingat... We've be searching for 2nd hand Vti for the past 2 months and no luck... Puro sinungaling mga nakakausap namin...
Sasabihin 1st owned pag tingin sa CR 2008, 97 model yung sasakyan... Tapos may deed of sale parang Scratch paper lang or papel de hapon (basura).

Sasabihin hindi nabaha pag nabuko, patay malisiya.

No engine leak puro tagas naman parang may Heavy Days. Tapos sabi sa aken natural lang yan na may konting tagas... (Ha? Yung Vti namin mas luma pa pero walang tagas)

Nandyan din yung Tampered odometer.

sasabihin walang problema yung sasakyan... habang lumaabas yung sira saabihin ay sira pala yan, kung hindi mo nakita hindi sasabihin...

I've tried to venture into this business dati pero no luck halos wala akong kinita kasi I make it a point na maayos yung sasakyan and walang secret akong tinatago sa buyer... and madali ako tawaran.. kaya cguro wala akong kinita... hehehe

Sobrang nakakainis sayang oras, pagod, Gas. Baka meron pa kayong alam na mga modus ng mga Buy and sell?

One of my favorites is that they say they're not buy and sell but selling the car for their kumare, kumpare, ninang, tito, etc... :P

Dami ko na rin na-encounter na ganyan and we knowingly bought two cars with tampered mileages... since nabuking yung seller, we got an even bigger discount just so he can sell the car and alam ko naman more or less what had to be repaired to keep the car reliable (kept those cars for over 5 years).

Worst i've encountered was a Buy and Sell in the Project (?) area who sent me around since the unit was parked in another location. When i saw the car, sobrang thrashed up and yet its odometer read less than 40K.

nung bumili kami ng 2nd hand, sa newspaper kami naghanap. i forgot kung anong newspaper yun. and kelangan matiyaga ka maghanap at magpunta sa mga locations nila. pumupunta lang kami sa mga buy and sell na shops para may idea sa mga presyo. madalas ko makita sa mga shops na yan, nililinis nila ng mabuti yung oto lalo na yung makina para magmuhang maayos at matago yung mga kelangan nila itago sa buyer. kung OC ka sa sasakyan, pagtest drive mo pa lang sa kotse, alam mo na kung alaga ng mayari.

There's this guy in Mandaluyong told me that His wife is the one using the car for almost 2 years and need to sell because of parking space, only to find out that He use the same story to my brother with a different car a month prior.....

Sometimes whene watching "Wheeler Dealer" sometimes I wish that there's this classified section where in you can only sell the car if the registration is under your name... or maybe a "Direct Car Buyer and Seller Market day" then organizer may have mechanics on site where buyer may ask for their service in checking the cars condition... Tools for compression testing and etc... 2nd hand car financing may join... and other gimiks para kumita yung organizer..

marami talaga manloloko diyan na buy and sell but also may iilan na ok naman. i dont like buying from buy and sell na hindi ko kilala. medyo obvious mga price nila sa net, news paper, etc. then call them up, tanong, kayo po ba nasa or/cr ng oto? alam mo na in a manner of how they answer.

marami na ko narinig na lokong buy and sell. they take off the mags, replace them with shitty ones, atras odo, tangal speakers tapos iiwan isa lang, remedyo dito remedyo diyan, and the worst is trying to pass of a flooded unit as not flooded. its not hard to spot kung hindi ka mabubulag sa year made/model.

mahirap talaga maghanap ng matinong 2nd hand ngayon. it takes months to get a decent one. pero may chamba na in a manner of weeks/days makakakuha ka.

I used to read the Manila Bulletin Classifieds every Sunday when we would be in the market for second hand cars or just in the look for a good deal. It came to a point where i already knew more or less which phone numbers belonged to Buy and Sell guys.
