Maynilad Water: 76K water bill!

Our bill for last month arrive amounting to 76,000 thousand peso. The guy who said he would take the letter to it back to check with the company. Then this month we have a letter of connection from them amounting of the same 76k with an added amount 330 peso only for this month bill.

Our bill most of the time range from 400 to 900 peso. To thinks it only water bill.

What should we do with this? Anyone encountered the same problem?

what the!!! baka meron leak or illegal connection naka tap sa line niyo...have them check it first...baka naka tap sa line ninyo buong barangay...if I can ask, saan area niyo?

I'm sure pwede mo i-contest ito...makikita naman nila ang average monthly consumption niyo eh...hinde pwede bigla na lang tumaas ng ganyan kalaki...

Last year nabenta na ito sa DMCI at kay Manny Pangilinan. Inabsorb ata nila lahat ng utang ng Lopez group. New management na eto pero baka same pa rin ang mga tao kaya ganon pa rin ang sistema. Hope Manny Pangilinan can do something about this. Although medyo problem area ang hawak nitong group na ito with Pasay and Manila, compared to Ayala's Manila Water (Pasig, QC, Marikina, etc.).

same case we had recently which started last year rin...we were billed 24K naman for tampering daw!!! Humarap kami sa meeting sa maynilad and unfortunately ang bottom line its either you black and white your contestion but they will file also a lawsuit rin to you. Maynilad is the only and highest governing body who can decide these kind of matters but in this case pag nag file k ng kaso sa isa MWSS para mo na rin kinalaban at sampahan ng kaso.

If I may, this is one LEGITIMATE EXTORTION by maynilad or government na wala tayong magagang maliliit laman...puedeng magsampa ng kaso but for those people who knows magkano ang abogado...its around 30K..considering that im sure it will take YEARSSSSSSS!...lugi ka pa....

Imagine, confident na kaagad sila na tampered yung metro even without touching it..even if their OWN FREAKING seal is still intact... ayaw nilang tanggapin na it maybe their meters had a defect...to think that our meter was almost 30 years...ano yun lifetime device? They admitted that in pandacan , almost 75% daw tampered...(isnt defective yung meters nila?) kahit simbhana ng pandacan tinalo pa...) Obviously we are not talking about illegal LINES connecting to your meter nor overusing water.

Well sa huli, they ended up lowering it down from 24K to 14K na lng daw and pinalabas na we overpaid daw those months so correction lng yun...they also said na if you want to change this...maghanap ka ng kongresista or senador para mabago ang batas...(oo nga naman..stupid..)

STILL this is still a BIG CRAP..

Im still hoping I can find other ways to broadcast and expose this (....gagohan.......) it was already in imbestigador forums and blogs since 2005 pa....!

Any other ideas would be ver helpful...

lintik ang mga proteksyon ng kanilang mga meters at ang tindi pa ng pagkakasemento. Tinalo pa nga ang pagkakasemento nila sa mga kalsadang dinaanan ng kanilang water lines. Ayun ngayon, sira sira ang mga kalsada sa mga subdivisions na pinasok nila. Pnong tamper? Nasa labas na nga ng bahay ang mga water meters, visible na visible sa madlang people.

Wala po idea, coz yang reklamo nyo eventough you bring it to the proper authorities, ibabalik din po iyan kung saan nagsimula ang problem. Experienced na po nmin yan, BWISIT yang MWCI * MAYNILAD

Lol wtf? 76K Water bill? Kami nga meron swimming pool sa house and monthly change ng water eh between 4 to 6k lang water bill namin... Not to mention every other day naglalaba maids namin... Lol
