[SIZE=3]Hello po mga kuya... Help... I have an issue regarding our car(2004 Honda City vtec m/t)... It's a very long story(napakasakit sa ulo lalo na't limited lang knowledge namin about cars) so I'll try to summarize it na lang po.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Pinaayos po namin siya sa anak ng friend ng mom ko at hindi kami satisfied sa gawa nila. Naaksidente kasi kami ng friend ko sa may seaside avenue sa moa last summer and malaki yung damages. Kung saan saan na namin nadala yung car dahil sa mga umeepal na nagmamarunong mag-ayos daw ng car namin pero niloloko din naman kami sa presyo. Hanggang sa etong "Ryan Tirol" na anak ng friend ni ma, umepal at sinabing kayang kaya gawin ng pulido at maganda yung car namin pero napakaraming problem nung car kanina nung kinuha ng mom ko sa bahay nila. Sapilitan pa dahil ayaw ibigay samin yung car. Nagdala ng authorities si ma para lang makuha yung car namin. Php127,000 daw ang total na gastos doon. Php120,000 lang ang sinabi sa amin na kakailangain para maayos lahat, makinis na paint, brandnew parts, etc. Hiningi ni ma lahat ng official receipts ng gastos pero wala silang naipakita kahit isa. Ano kaya yun? Dapat nakatago lahat kasi iccompute pa namin to determine the total cost of repairs. Halatang nanloloko eh. Kaya naman sa kanya ipinagkatiwala kasi friend pero manloloko rin pala.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Nagbigay na ng Php100,000 yung mom ko to fix the car. Ang katwiran bayaran daw muna namin sila ng balance(27k) bago ibigay yung car eh wala naman silang maipakitang "official receipts" ng mga parts na pinalitan nila at pati sa labor ng kung sino man ang gumawa. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Lahat ng questioned hindi namin alam kung pinalitan kasi I test drove it at may lumalagutok sa front left part ng car pag yung left side ang unang tumatama sa humps. Napakadaming flaws.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Plus sabi ni Ryan, yung spindle daw sa left rear wheel kailangan palitan kasi baka maaksidente kami dahil nakabend daw so pumayag naman kami palitan(Php14,000 daw yun). Nung nakita namin, kinakalawang naman yung mga parts, parang hindi talaga pinalitan or surplus yun most likely.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Yung sa bumper sa likod naman ang gaspang nung texture ng may dent dati. Hindi siya paint eh, parang papel ang texture niya na hindi ko mawari kung ano. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Yung makina, maingay na unlike dati na ginagamit ko smooth pa ang tunog.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Yung odometer supposedly 30,000km++ na ang reading pero nakita ko kanina 37.1 km lang. Pinakilaman din daw pati computer box kasi nalaman na 100-120kph ang takbo nung car nung naaksidente. Yun pa lang nagsisinungaling na sila, kasi obviously kung ganun kabilis yun, patay na kami ng friend ko dahil sa impact nun(umakyat lang sa gutter yung car at nagslide ng konti---hindi po ako marunong magpost ng pics dito). I’m very much aware of my speed and hindi ako nag-e-exceed ng 100kph pag hindi sa highway.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]We got the car… for Php100,000 hindi pa maganda ang gawa tapos idedemanda pa ata kami kasi hindi naming mabayaran yung balance, wala naman silang maipakitang official receipts. Sila pa may ganang magalit pero sila naman nagpumilit sa amin na sila na ang gagawa para pulido. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Ipapacheck ni mama yung car either sa cruven sucat or servitek here in Las Pinas para malaman kung ano talaga yung pinalitan at kung ano pa mga sira. May suggestions po ba kayo regarding the threats, or may magagawa ba sila sa amin now that we have the car na? Marami daw silang pwedeng gawin sa amin, sinasabi ni Ryan na napakarami niyang kaibigan na maipluwensiya and everything. Baka one of these days, banggain kami or something on the road para lang makaganti eh. Is it okay to blotter them? or even file something against them? Pag napatunayan namin na maraming parts na hindi pinalitan at dinaya kami, may mailalaban pa ba kami against them?[/SIZE]

Ano yung laman ng mga parts na nilagay diyan? Gold? Ang mahal naman. Original parts ba? Bakit walang resibo?

Pa blotter mo na agad yung nangyari. If ever you’d decide to file a case against them for maybe, grave threats (?), then you can also use the blotter info.

Punta ka sa isang reputable shop or even sa Casa ng Honda then pacheck mong mabuti yun ginawa and compare them with your listahan.

Then they can make a report/certification at pwede mo gamitin yon to file a case (hindi ako familiar sa case na pwede mong I file-but I think you can claim back some money back kung napatunayan na niloko kayo - sa small courts)

Consult a lawyer na lang. Or some tsikoteers can share their legal views here. Wait na lang natin.

Btw, hindi ka siningil sa labor??

sinisingil kami as a whole na(kasama labor and parts na) pero wala silang receipt na maibigay... sa bahay lang daw kasi ng mekaniko na pinagpapagaawaan nila yun dinala kaya ganun, and hindi raw nagreresibo si Ryan(mali yon di ba?). Naka-blotter na siya, hindi lang namin alam kung ano pa gagawin niya. Pati mom pala niya, niloko din niya. So lahat kami pinaikot niya. Yung mechanic naman hinahanap namin, pero hindi rin nila maipakita sa amin. Kahit yung house nun hindi nila maituro sa amin yung bahay.

nakakuha kami ng money from the insurance kasi sa casa inipit din kami, may ibang issue naman dun na tapos na. Yung money na ginamit namin pampagawa ng car yung ni-release ng standard insurance sa amin.

Since kakilala naman ninyo, why not try to have your contacts try to lower the price for you? Also, i suggest you should go to the Manila Auto Salon and ask around there for their services. However, since it seems that a lot of parts are involved, i suggest you try one of the regular shops here like Speedyfix who are recommended by the members here.

A crook is always a crook.
The best thing you could do is to file a complain. It won't help you with your repairs, but it will give you some personal satisfaction, and spread the word they don't do good work. There are many disreputable or poor-quality "wana be" body shops out there, and there's not much you can do about their work, especially if it takes a year or more to reveal the poor quality. All you can do is take a personal stand to educate others, and give them bad press, and hope it makes a difference in THEIR wallet one day.
If you feel like you have been violated ( which is the fact, you are) gather all the evidence the best you can and bring theme to the court. Find a reputable body shop and a mechanic shop ask for an opinion how much its gonna cost you with the same job as the other person's did. Get at least 3 estimate and ask a copy.

Its not an easy battle, but hey!!!!, its a way to bring back your pride. I'd say....go for it. Good luck.
