February 9th, 2004 07:47 PM #1Let's see if I can explain this right. I find myself very annoyed when cars keep making extra lanes aside from the alloted left turn slot(s). Can't these people wait in line? Sometimes they fill up the whole intersection. Or am I just overreacting? Wanna make sure before I start posting pictures/plate numbers :D

No you're no overreacting! I see this all the time, especially sa Sucat road entering BF. Being the good citizen that I am, siyempre pipila ako sa tamang lane. Then eto na ang mga epal na hindi marunong pumila, at sasaksak sa kanan mo, similar to your illustration. So ang ginagawa ko pag patol boy mood ako eh lumilihis ako sa kanan para maiipit sila sa bangketa hehehe. Works all the time

February 9th, 2004 08:06 PM #3ang nakakaasar pa lalo, pangalawa na nga sa harapan ang kumag, e lalabas pa ng left most lane (meaning lilipat sa right lane) at oovertakan pa yung nasa harap nya kahit hindi pa go ang left turn. minsan mas matindi gagawa ng bagong lane kaya mahaharangan ang pediretso. 1 car lang hindi pa maka antay??? pero pag go ang bagal naman. haaaaay. ibang klase talaga mentalidad natin. maka una lang. others are:
1. lining up in the left turn island depression then suddenly swerving to the right (didirecho pala);
2. adding additional lanes kahit sa right turn;
3. when turning left, gusto nasa innermost lane agad pagka liko

February 9th, 2004 09:56 PM #4Hehe, exactly, sa Sucat ko nga napansin yan, both McDo and Lopez entrances. Napansin ko sa shuttle na sinasakyan ko, talagang tinakpan na yung intersection. Di pa pinapansin yung pulis.
Here are a few:
J. Vargas - E. Rodriguez Jr (Road ng Libis?) Intersection, Saturday around 4-5pm
TSL 412 - Black Civic
TRD 780 - Red Tamaraw (parang jeep yung setup- what do you call those things?)
I really wish I had a digital camera

ang sarap nga pagbabarilin yung mga driver na ganyan na nananadya (pero minsan hindi maiwasan, lalo na sa mga u-turn slot ng MMDA na masyadong malapit sa sinarang intersection, minsan masyadong mahirap mag merge from the rightmost lane to the leftmost lane so drivers are forced to make a second line at the U-turn slot)
sa C.P. Garcia-Katipunan intersection napakalala (bago sinara yung intersection na yan). stupid drivers make a third, fourth, and fifth lane to turn left to c. p. garcia, e two lanes lang yung c.p. garcia... kaya ayun, ipit din lahat ng sasakyan, harang pa yung lanes ng mga dumederetso... sheesh. hindi kasi ginagamit yung utak e

February 20th, 2004 10:45 PM #10Sayang hindi mo na nahabol yung nangcut. Sa Filinvest bad trip nga. Ayoko sabayan yung mga pakaliwa eh. Ang ginagawa ko is didiretso na lang ako, then left sa Vivere tas Alabang Zapote na daan ko, even if pauwi or pupunta ng ATC. Ang gulo kasi sa Commerce eh.
