Before I used to own diesel fed L-300 and Adventure and I won't dare take them to Makati unless it was evening. Whenever I had to transact there in the day I would use our gasoline fed ride. Grabe talaga ang mga iyan, basta maka quota kahit bago bagasak ang auto mo.

Inaareglo pa nila ako nun for P500 but that time wala na talaga akong pera. so ang ending I need to pay 1k sa makati, malapit sa fire station. I went there and I have this money for the fine. There is this guy, (yellow boy) and asked me ano kailangan ko. Sabi ko tutubusin ko yung plaka. He asked me for the 1K for the fine, mabilis yung pangyayari, so I gave him 1k. After a few minutes, hawak na nya yung plaka ko and a receipt.

Yes, napaka bias ng pagpili nila ng sasakyan, hindi lang naman diesel ang smoke belching. I can see cars that run on gas na napakausok. And yung nga, kahit isang bus, or jeep wala akong nakita na pinara nila.

Bakit di na lang sila maglagay ng sign, for DIESEL CARS ONLY!

Wala ng emission test. You just pay the fine and you're untouchable the next 3 months.

Even if you were not apprehended for smoke belching, you can still pay the 'fine' so you'll have protection for 3 months agains being flagged down for smoke belching.

Speaking of smoke emissions, my delivery truck was apprehended in the Pasig area for smoke belching early this year. They took the rear plate of the truck and gave the driver the TOP and a piece of paper with instructions on how to redeem the plate.

So I had the truck tested for emission in a LTO accredited emission testing center here in our place. Then I personally went to the Pasig city hall to pay the fine. But I was told that I should have the truck tested in their own emission testing center in Pasig. That's the only testing center that they recognize. I told them how can I bring the truck to Pasig if it doesn't have its plate. It will just get flagged down along the way and we are based in the province. They don't care, I still need to bring the truck to their testing center.

I just walked out and went home, the next day I just looked for a 'certified' fixer to get the plate. After 3 days and around 2K, I got the plate.

this is what we do with our trucks.. get a permit na para iwas sita. money making ang style nila na ganito. pero tinanggap nalang namin para hindi na peperwisyo o nahuhuli ang deliveries namin.

I think it is a receipt from previous smoke belching. Effective ito.

hahabulin ka nila pag traffic, tatakbo sila =)) pero yung literal na chase scene hindi kasi lalagpas ka na dun sa machine nila if ever =)

sa private vehicles siguro hindi.. kasi nakikita ko sila tinatakbo yung mga delivery vans minsan suicidal pa haharang sa daan mapahinto lang =))
dikit lang sa opposite side kung nasaan yung mga nanghuhuli para makaiwas talaga
