    A bit OT but I think the A.Venue complex is the reason why Makati Avenue became a two way street.

    Well, if you're a major tax contributor.

    Its the same case with the Eastwood City complex in QC. They got that stupid, heavy traffic-inducing U-Turn slot opened up across BMW in Libis mainly due to the fact that they remit a lot to the QC gov't in terms of taxes.
