    Two things:
    Place the driver under probation, any complaints against him as a driver-revoke his"professional driver's" license.
    Place the mb driver on DNA (DO NOT ARM) status until after probation. Both involve license: that means it is a privilege and not a Right

    Cops identify SUV driver in viral road rage video

    The driver of a sport-utility vehicle who was caught on viral video pointing a gun at a taxi driver during a road altercation along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) has been identified.

    A report by GMA News' Steve Dailisan said police lodged a string of criminal charges Wednesday against Karlvin Ang before the city prosecutor's office.

    I dont think that the M-class driver is big time enough
    That M-class can be had used for less than P1 million, he could only be in middle class territory. Yet the media portrays him as a super rich spoiled brat with a gun.

    Minsan kasi kahit anong pasensya mo sa mga taxi, jeep at bus driver mapupuno ka sa pinag gagawa nila minsan sila pa ang galit sila na nga ang mali.

    Yun pag reklamo niyo sa LTFRB hindi driver ang mapaparusahan ang operator ng taxi. Sigurado naka hanap na ng bagong taxi company yan mokong na yan.

    i think the psychology behind the bad attitude of PUV drivers is this -- misery loves company

    dahil mahirap ang buhay nila feeling nila entitled sila to behave like a$$holes

    tingin kasi nila masarap ang buhay ng ibang motorista kaya pahihirapan nila ang ibang motorista

    they intentionally make life miserable for other motorists kasi galit sila sa mundo

    yan ang sariling explanation ko sa behavior nila so i try not to be affected

    at the end of the day di naman ako ang uuwi sa squatter colony eh

    Just how stupid is this taxi driver? ang layo ng hitsura ng first pic sa second pic. And the second pic looks more like the guy in the video, hair cut and even the Dad.

    Hindi ba basura na kaso?

    OT: I am surprised that the SUV driver acted in such way while he was with his Dad. My brother can never act in rage when my Dad is around, baka mabatukan siya :bwahaha:
