If it happened in the US, the MB driver will get
Terroristic conduct
Possession of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony
Attempted murder
If he does not have a firearms license: illegal possession
Assault with terroristic conduct
The taxi driver gets imprudent driving
Possession of a deadly weapon
Attempted murder
With both parties, they will get booked and confined until legal charges are filed within 24 hours

Driver ng bago/high end vehicle. I deserve the right of way.

i think aggressive drivers feel superior to other motorists

feeling nila mas mayaman or mas powerful sila sa ibang motorista

mahilig sila mag cut... ang thinking nila "galit ka? sige ano gagawin mo?!"

"sige banggain moko! tingnan natin!"

kung sila naman ang nakabangga "sige i-demanda moko!"

I don't buy the toy gun excuse. I think it's BS.

I just watched their lawyer on TV that they are willing to make a settlement. Classic tyranny of the poor. They flashed a picture na nahagip din ng kutsilyo yun benz. Kung ako yan gigipitin ko yan UNGAS na driver na yan.
