Maybe OB can enlighten this guy.
In america doon napakahigpit sa rule na yan. Na take advantage ng mga magna yan.
Usually if someone in danger ang buhay at nakapasok sa ibang bahay for protection eh sa isang location lang magtatago yun at hindi magnanakaw and gagawa ng attention para tulungan sya ng mga nakatira doon.
Hay naku. Im sure if si OB un taxi driver hindi maka-asta un MB driver. Matatakot sa 6-pack and biceps ni OB!

nabasa ko starting from the point na thread closed
natawa ako sa ibang comment
btw di ko alam kung saan ako kakampi eh
wala pang full story, ala pa si MB driver sa interview
Hmm...when the PNP charged the obviously wrong suspect and the taxi screw driver identified him ...was it deliberate? Baka may usapan na ung PNP with the real suspect to have a weak case. Para may mapakita lang for public consumption na may ginagawa yung PNP.
Any mention of the case in the evening news?

The MB driver is in self defense mode upon seeing a knife. He only pointed d gun when d taxi driver intends to approach him. When d MB driver saw that he is less threatened he puts the gun inside d bag and just wanna walk away. The taxt driver thinks that he he could make money out of the situation and decided to ram d MB because he knows that the MB driver would not pull the trigger. The taxi driver remembers the case of the MMDA traffic enforcer vs Fortune Tobacco executive where the former is the underdog and praised by netizens and his Boss in d MMDA. Well he thought it could happen to him also ( parang malalim na).
If I was d MB driver I will shoot d taxi driver then I will pay d family. At least nabawasan ng 1 siraulong driver sa kalye
Laki ng ngiti ni kalbo, may nalalaman pang akbay! Malaki siguro kinitang peraHe does not deserve a single centavo.

The latest hyped story from broadcast media has to do with the road rage incident involving a cab driver and SUV driver with a “gun.” As someone who has worked in tri-media, I can say with confidence that a couple of reporters have intentionally hyped up the story in favor of the cab driver through words and portrayal as the little guy. That they have successfully sensationalized the story for a week in spite of the fact that they were merely basing their stories on an “Internet video” and the version of the cabby, tell us how some media outlets have lost restraint, factual, balanced and professional reporting.
What shocked me was how some PNP officers fell for it all and started talking about charges and sketchy details. What they have is an incomplete investigation but some officers are so keen on being TV that they have jeopardized and sensationalized the case. The one thing about TV and radio is that it can make you look great or downright stupid.
One thing that the road rage incident validates is the need for PNP checkpoints to inspect taxis, jeepneys and cars for bladed weapons, clubs or items that policemen know are generally placed within arms length intended as a weapon. The knife wielding video of the cab driver is not the first one to appear on Facebook and it will certainly not be the last unless the PNP and the LTO starts clamping down on street gladiators.
like i said the media loves to portray the rich as abusive and the poor as victims

tapos law enforcement officials interviewed by the media have to side with the poor
syempre di nila pwede sabihin "hintayin ang investigation" coz it will sound like they're protecting the rich
it's common knowledge PUV drivers all carry some sort of weapon. knife, steel pipe...What shocked me was how some PNP officers fell for it all and started talking about charges and sketchy details.
i'm amazed there are people who don't know that
even the police know that

The taxi driver did not know they were being recorded kaya Malabo na isipin nya na ma - social media sya.
When he rammed the Merc, that to me, is tanga yun driver. It only gave the Merc driver a reason to shoot him
, though still the Merc driver did not ..
Tanga tAlaga yun driver, all brawn and no brain.
This also explains the personality of the Merc driver - all bluff. If it was a powerful person, binaril na yan taxi driver for ramming the benz
Malas lang ng taxi driver, wala sya makukuha pera coz the insurance of the Merc will definitely go after him and the operator
A good lawyer can tie all these thing together with the taxi driver having the knife and the taxi driver ramming the Merc, and the video uploader to shut down the site in exchange of sum, sa bili bid na bagsak ng driver
The claim of the Merc driver na nadaplisan sya is already the beginning of things to come for the taxi
Driver. 3 mos. all social media will forget this incident and the taxi driver is alone nA. After all bakit may patalim ang taxi driver, pano ang pasahero neto, imagine riding a cab with the driver with the concealed bladed weapon
