LTO And MMDA Rules

I believe before there is an LTO handbook sold at nationalbookstore. booklet lang siya ha. that was years and years ago.

now the bad news. even if you are knowledgeable and armed with the said list of rules and regulations, hindi ka pa rin lusot. ang MMDA and LTO almost the same BUT there is such a thing as a municipal/city ordinance.

per municipality, per city may kanya kanyang batas trapiko.

example na lang ang number coding. hindi consistent. may lugar na may window, merong lugar na wala.

wala kayang nahahanap na rules sa internet? or maybe may soft copy ang ibang members, pashare naman fellow tsikoters mas ok kasi kung updated na rules para ma prevent natin ang mga imbentong kotong cops sa pang bibiktima saatin.
