Look My video - Mapsa lets big shot go

I saw this happens this week. A car illegal parking and Mapsa come to tow. Then angry car owner comes and shout it think. He so angry then he make call and they let go. Or he pay? I don't know. What I know they let him go. How strange that is in Makati where everyone afraid of Mapsa. Except powerful of course. Maybe Makati is really place of equal right.

Hindi lang MAPSA, pati MMDA at PNP e may pinalulusot na big shots. Nakakaasar talaga! Well, hindi pantay ang batas dahil sa mga nagpapatupad.

advise lang po. di naman po bawal magtagalog sa post. wag na hong piliting inglesin na mali-mali naman. masakit basahin.

baka naman hindi sya Pilipino sir, and hindi din Kano, ok lang yan, ganyan din magsalita yung kaibigan kong Cambodian para kang nagbubuo ng puzzle (no offense din po)...
