saw this under the ortigas mrt terminal. the police stopped the bus for some reason (i dont know why). but instead of properly going up to the bus driver, the policemen (2 of them) stay inside their AC cars where it's nice and cool. the driver and conductor were the ones who went back to talk to the police. if you know the proper procedure for apprehension, you would know that this is wrong. the police must be the ones to come to the driver. other than making them look utterly lazy, this also makes it look like the policemen are doing something dirty, kotong. this went on for 15mins under the hot sun, also causing traffick. meanwhile sa likod ng police, may mga taxi na nka parada waiting for passengers! duh!

Ganun talaga sa EDSA. There will be half-a-dozen MMDA enforcers standing at the outlet of an underpass, waiting for cars to even breathe on the yellow line, at a portion where a white lane suddenly becomes a yellow lane, so they can apprehend them, while behind them, buses are parked three lanes wide, loading and unloading in the middle of EDSA.

What's new? Besides the car, I mean?
