Pwede pinapalamig ang victim's relatives then will try to offer huge amount para wag na magsampa ng kaso so hindi na kailangan sumuko and have those embarassing mug shots. Dun din punta dead na victim and di na mababalik ang buhay.

Was thinking the quickest way we could find out what happened with this one is to send a message to the mother of the victim. Last time i checked her message to digong and name was posted online publicly.

I can't get over this issue since its still bitting me at some point where a professional like us can be gunned down anytime anywhere and worst they can get away with it.

Though I don't have fb though to message the mother
