Who bragged that they could solve the capital's traffic problem in 6 months or 1 year?

Why would I leave my firearm in the house if I have a PTCFOR when I paid Php12,000 for it annually?

But by all means, if you only have a license (not ptcfor), then leave it. How much more if your license is expired.

Criminals (killers for hire, robbers, etc) actually don't leave their firearms at home. So why would leave yours if you have the PTCFOR at home.

Another problem, why he was issued a firearm if he had a murderous tendency. Neuro-pschiatric examination given prior to issuance of license will definitely bring that tendency to the fore, unless the examination given was merely a moro-moro.

Also, why would the PNP-FEO did not come knocking at that coward's door if it is true that the licenses for his .45 cal. STI and .9mm Glock had already expired?

LOL you've got to be kidding me. neuro-psych tests won't screen a$$holes like this Fredison. anyone w/ half a brain will simply fake the test and pass w/ flying colors

that's the reality folks. no amount of gun laws is going to ever prevent this

I personally know high stake players like this. may dala sila baril coz malaki dala nila pera.

now, granted that he is an asset as a high stake casino player, chances are he will be freed.

the question is baka nga may riding in tandem angle yun nangyari, or possible he's being tailed. anyone, verified the identities of the 2 brothers?

No, you don't know what you're talking about. Have you taken a complete NPE? A series of written examinations (like MMPI and MCMI) and personal interview that will take at least eight hours?

I did.

So better shut up if you haven't because I'm sure as hell what I'm talking about.

That kind of NPE isn't given by the FED or FESSAGS.

oo nga kuya....if you have the training and the temperament, why not?...btw..carrying saved me and my wife from being mugged near loyola guadalupe.

It's already part of our anatomy (or uniform). Without it, we don't feel complete because it has already left a mark in our waist after years of tucking it in there (more so if one already has the bulges), or sling marks on the shoulder if it's a long FA or from the bandolier.

ngeks alam mo pala na hindi ganun ang NPE ng FED. so don't say that FED's NPE will screen for a$$hats like Frednison

i'm not young anymore. i've been through lots of those tests already. there's such a test by a certain gov't agency. took us the whole day. they'll really try to wear you down. but still easy to fake.

oh BTW i aced the IQ portion

the 2nd placer in the IQ failed the psych LOL

so here's my point in case you have figured it out yet. any written-only test i.e. non-polygraph, won't be able to screen for the likes of Frednison

so more gun control won't help
