March 13th, 2008 09:55 AM #1Guys,

The worst thing that you could do siguro is to have a fight with the person signing your clearance. Be nice to him na lang until he signs your clearance (kahit mahirap gawin). Isipin mo na lang na that will be the last time you'd ever have to deal with him since you've left the company already.

Well... you can start working for another organization even w/o a clearance from your previous employer. Haven't heard of a company requiring that you submit a clearance from your previous employer.
Just turnover your work properly and keep a low profile when resigning.
If they still don't give you a clearance, speak with someone from HR to help you out.

when you're inside an organization/firm do not condemn that organization,
do not speak ill of that organization,
otherwise one strong high wind will blow you away and you'll probably never know why.
if your are 10 times the size of your enemy, engage in war.
if equal in strength then consider.
If the opposition is greater, then send peace envoy.

Worst case, engage your HR to intermediate....
You need to validate na talagang hindi sila nagre-remit ng iyong income tax. Check also if your SSS and Pag-Ibig contributions were remitted... These are compulsory contributions. You can demand from them na i-submit sa iyo ang proof of remittance nila...

Better bring an M16 and point to anyone who crosses your path. Aim it to the person who should release your clearance and to anyone from Comp and Ben
Seriously, make sure that you dont burn bridges as the world is small. You will never know if your new company will do a backround check.
Goodluck chief!
