Okay sa alright ang CITIBANK Mastercard. Dalawa ang Citibank credit card ko. Isang Shell saka isang regular. So nakaka-ipon ako ng GAS rebates sa Shell. At meron pang 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Service.

Wala pa naman akong na-encounter na hassles sa Citibank. Automatic nilang tinataasan yung credit limit ko without asking them.

The SCB credit card is practically one of the worst value credit cards out there.

The rewards points sucks and the whole system behind is suspiciously run manually off an excel spreadsheet.

The SCB Gold card is nothing more than "gold" but there's really nothing behind it.

Get your statements and transfer to Citibank or HSBC.

Kahit Pegasus. He he he...

Pwede ba gawin nating Credit Card Experiences Thread...
My experience is a nightmare on my HSBC Classic mastercard. I used to have a Mabuhay Miles but was advised by a Call Center Agent to change to classic to wave the annual fee. The classic card was delivered deactivated. Since I have several cards, I forgot to bring the said card for a month and when the bill came voila!!! annual fee amounting to P1,500 is charged.

I called up HSBC inquiring about the charge and was told to pay it and will be debited. WTF, I made the switch TO WAVE THE ANNUAL FEE and now is asked to pay for it. I did not pay because I know that the reversal is still subject for approval. I have called up HSBC 9 or ten times to cancel it but up to now is still receiving bill with late charges, finance charges. ETC.

Last January I made a letter-request (Is this normal?) to cut-off all my cards duly received(I used to have two (2)). But to my surprise i still received another bill due on March.

Really pissed with that company. BTW, I have AmEx, citibank, east-west bank, standard chartered Gold, Union bank, Metrobank and Allied Bank Mabuhay Miles.

    Ang advice ko...

    Cash is King!

No paper trails. No one can query for buying patterns and upsell related stuff.

Downside is takaw holdap, but this can be prevented.

BPI and Citibank are giving good rewards. BPI for local use and Citibank for International use, it is the most recognized creditcard abroad.
