Yung isang kotse sobrang bagal na at naka-hazard pa but still keeping on the fast lane.

Others were forced to overtake on the slow lane and some used the shoulder for overtaking.

minsan no choice ka kasi maski na anung flash mo dun sa mabagal sa passing lane ayaw tumabi. pansin ko lang din dito sa slex yung mga highway patrol pa kasi ang nagkukunsinte sa mga motorista to overtake sa shoulder. bwiset ! pag dating naman sa toll gate nagaabutan din waste of gas

Korek! Minsan pa nga, ang SLEX patrol pa ang makikita mong saksakan ng bagal sa rightmost lane, right beside a slow moving truck or an equally slow car in the leftmost/fast lane.

Back in late 80's, once na gusto mo mag overtake, regardless kung NLEX or SLEX pa yan, and there is a car in front of you on the fast lane, just click ur headlight and wallllaH! they will give way to let you pass. Now? hindi na uso yun! kaya nauso yung overtake here there and everywhere!

Before the rehabilitation of NLEX, halos walang pumupunta sa slow lane dahil masama talaga ang condition ng slow lane.

Since it is fully rehabilitated , the discipline and order must be restored.

That's the thing with SLEX though, whether at-grade or Skyway, all lanes are in good condition, well at least until Alabang, so there shouldn't be any reason for slowpokes to hog the passing lane.
