I usually just knock on the window and they go away.
If they're pushy, I roll down my window and talk to them, ask them why they're doing this, who they're working for, what they want to happen in their lives, what they think they'll be when they grow up. The mental stress of thinking of an answer usually drives them away. [emoji23]

Kung pwede lang i pepper spray. If they are acting like criminals then they deserve to be treated like one. I agree with the previous post na may utak na mga yan. That girl looks 11 or 12 na.

di ba extension ng bahay as private property ang sasakyan? and this is not just blackmail but considered as a threat to the driver and passenger(s) life/lives. so you have every right to defend yourself regardless of the age of the perpetrator

March 13th, 2016 09:21 PM #17Oo nga. What if pinned ka sa traffic then meron group or a coupleof kids armed with rocks and pipes na nanghihingi sa ganyan paraan. Ano ba best way na gawin. Baka may legal experts tayo dyan na pwedeng mag-advice. Baka idaan sa init ng ulo eh lalo lumala.

Nothing you can really do except call the police who in turn can do nothing. That is why a lot of people are cursing the silly law.
