He said that he had a buyer pero siympre pina check ng buyer niya sa mechanic niya ang unit. Tapos di ba magiging conflict of interest yan since the mechanic will try to make sure the unit is sold so he gets a commission?

that's how i understand it. tama kaya? =) hehe

^^^ if this is the case nga pala, what's your biz with the mechanic, eh hatak ng buyer un eh. edi sila ang magsingilan. cuz naturally the buyer would give something or abutan ng onti for consultation. he should not stand as a salesman of the seller. mautak din sya pero sa panlinlang nga lang...tsk

i would look for a different mechanic if i want to real score on the car you are buying. kung may interest sya sa pagbenta ng car, siguradong high praises siya sa auto kahit na may alam siyang pangit, siyempre pera lang habol niya e.

    Pre,

Kung talagang maayos pa yung auto mabebenta yan regardless. Hanap nalang siya ng ibang buyer, the transaction is now toxic kasi it is held hostage by the say so of a mechanic.
