rant lang nakkabwisit talaga yun mga ganyan drivers, kahit hinde nila kasama sa ambulance basta traffic , sigurado pag meron dumaan ng ambulance meron 3-4 cars na sumusunod.... the problem is hinde mo alam kung papasingitin mo yun mga cars sa likod ng ambulance... hinde ba againts sa law yan sumusunod sa emergency vehicle in transit? or why don't they just made it mandatory to all ambulances to have a signange that they can put to cars of a family member that;s trailing the ambulace to the hospital, para malaman kung kasama ba or hinde then dapat pag walang signange na nakakabit sa mga cars na sumusunod eh hulihin kaagad, parng yun mga cars ng driving school meron nakasulat na "student driver"...

can't wait to see something like this happen to the idiots drivers na sumusunod sa ambulance...so meron ng law againts this? bakit walang humuhuli? pero wala pa rin law na required ang ambulance to have some kind of signange na pwede isabit sa car ng family member na gustong sumunod sa kanila? kung driving school ginagawa siguro mas kailang sa ambulance

what I'm doing kasi is after ko palusutin ang ambulance, iniipit ko na talaga yun mga kasunod...haven't experince it pa naman na totoong family members yun sumusunod...kaso minsan sila pa galit saiyo dahil yun ambulance pinalusot tapos sila hinde...bubusinahan pa ako, pero obviously hinde naman sila relatives dahil pag inipit ko na sila stay na sila sa line...kaso minsan I'm thinking what if totoo palang relatives yun, wala kasing way na malaman so I think dapt meron signage...

Existing driving regulations prohibit this...its called reckless driving. Also, there is no law or statute requiring you to give way to a car tailing an ambulance.

Yes, I do. They shouldn't be tailing the ambulance in the first place as they are putting the occupants of the ambulance, as well as themselves, at risk.

actually... di rin nila inaadvice yung kasama nung patient driving in their own car to follow... takaw disgrasya kasi yung ganun. they justl let you know what hospital they are going to so that the party can just go their at their own pace.

di talaga maganda bumuntot, ala convoy kayo, with the ambulance. accident prone.

sa mga experience ko mga sirs, i get to accompany patients i refer to a tertiary facility.. yeah, the family members/relatives are already inside the ambulance..and yung sumusunod e most probably taking advantage of the situation.. kung matamaan man nila ang ambulance from the rear, or kung san man, they get to endanger the patient's life kasi natatagal ang transfer to referral hospital.. in all this time i get to accompany referred patients, still no case of being rear-ended, but always there's a car tailgating (and tama, kapal-mukha na naghahazard/nangbubusina pa!)

Kanina lang, a taxi almost hit my right fender because he was trying to follow the ambulance.
I've already slowed down and turned my car near the curb to give space to the ambulance to let it pass, then when I was to go back to the middle of the lane, this taxi driver suddenly appeared on my right almost hitting me. Siempre ligo siya ng busina na mahaba. Bwisit, nagbigay ka na nga, madidisgrasya pa yung sasakyan mo.
I was about to chase the taxi pero pinigilan na ako ni misis kaya sabi ko na lang karma na lang ang babawi sa kanya.
Buhay nga naman sa Pinas.

Nakuha mo. Mga ugaling ISKWATER and sumusunod sa ambulance. Yung mga nagtatanong kung bawal ba sumunod dahil wala naman sa batas. Hindi kailangan ng batas dito. Common sense lang.

Masakit nga sa mata yun rear strobe lights nila ngayon. You have no choice but to really back off. On our way to the airport this early morning we encountered one aeromed ambulance along edsa, disorienting yun lights talaga. Im not sure kung during day light kung effective pa rin

Tama lang strobe lights na yan... I hate those idiots that follow ambulance. Whenever i give way to ambulance i go back immediately on my lane to prevent cars in following it then i slow down para maka layu na yung ambulance.
