This morning, MMDA personnel were questioning and apprehending these jologs motorcycles at the corner of Ayala Avenue and EDSA.

Yes. That is their terminal across Shell Mc Kinley. I made my observations last Good Friday when I decided to cruise Metro Manila on my bike and there was no traffic. Obviously, they are operating with the blessing of the MMDA outposts which is located about 10 meters away.
