    hindi na dapat pinatatatagal ang mga ganito. ill PM you for collaboration if ever i have the chance to open this up to them. para matigil na talaga sila. im not anti poor but sometimes their behaviour is totally ilogical. its a GOOD sight now that i pass by osmena hiway kasi wala na mga iskwater,pinaalis na sila ni binay on the urbanization of magallanes and osmena hiway project.

    it's not a tricycle. it's a motocycle. tipong yung driver may dalang extra helmet in case he's able to get a passenger for a 10-peso ride from the fort to ayala perhaps.

    the accident happened at the corner of 7th avenue (where fitness first is and NBC tent) and 26th avenue.

    Well, oldblue, full stop ako right before the pedestrian lane (alam mo naman sa The Fort parang abroad diyan ang traffic rules) dadahan akong na le-leftturn from 7th avenue to 26th avenue. i made sure clear yung left and right ko. biglang umappear yung jologs motorcycle driver.

    These motorcycle taxi rides are called habal-habal. There are a lot of these in the provinces, they are not legal.

    matauhan talaga ang mga yan ! hmm..
    ilan ba sila ? TODA ba sila ? sana doon tumira ang LTO MMDA PNP at maxpose kung may sangkot ang pulis sa area

    its illegal, dapat mahuli sila, wala silang prangkisa !!

    I guess its the part of the fort na may ispirito ng kadiliman ...
    the fort admin should not just take note but prevent them from happening
    i guess its the BCDA or another govt agency
