October 21st, 2003 03:52 PM #1any experiences with them?
so far, for my family, nothing but shitty service.
my friends and i checked the oil after it got its 5Tkm change oil, wow mukhang hindi nagpalit ng oil... sing itim padin ng uling and lapot wise? hmmm...
may dent yung oto, so sobrang pagka-believe ng erpats ko sa CASA, dun namin pinagawa... pagkalabas... waahhllaahhh parang acrylyic ata ang ginamit... i brought it back twice para mapa-buff at mapakintab... lang nangyari...well na-buff yung gold emblem kaya yon... silver na ngayon... nice.
regarding the dun sa service dept. employees... hay...i don't even know where to start...
baka meron kayong ma-share?Last edited by grey_ek; October 21st, 2003 at 03:55 PM.

I am very sorry for your experience. Diesel oil sometimes gets black colored easily kahit a few hundred kms from oil change pa lang ang natatakbo. This is because of the high soot production which the diesel engine makes and usually gets into the oil.
We also had a bad experience with Inteco pero sa Inteco Edsa near Balintawak. We had our Trooper's clutch replaced since knowing it's the gold standard place for such a major service. Pero when the Trooper came back ay may garalgal ito. Sabi nila baka break-in lang daw ah before we brought it in ay wala. So di kami pumayag at we insisted on them doing a back-job. The result is more damages from an improper installation of the clutch disc. Kailangan tuloy i-reface ang fly wheel. Malas talaga.

grey_ek.
if you can you can try to got to GENCARS Makati and Look for Anthony Plaza he is the warranty engineer.
As of your trooper, dapat kung lilipat ka nang dealership, hingi ka nang diagnostic results nang tECH II
medyo di maganda diyan sa Inteco (i've heard a lot of complaints. pero I don't want to comment)

kamote talaga sa casa pag iniwan mo..
sir grey_ek, maitim talaga diesel oil pag bagong palit...

I transferred to Isuzu Commonwealth at mas magaling ang service. Look for benedict.

October 22nd, 2003 02:54 AM #9Try also ISUZU Pasig, got a 2nd Hand Trooper and had 30K PMS over there. Very good service, just be there early kasi walang appointment.
When i went there i listed down some items that i wanted checked, including sound from front-passenger tire area. Nawala but after a day bumalik. So i called it in and brought it 2 days later. They gladly took back the vehicle and did and exhaustive adjustment and test drive hanggang nakuha and problema. They finally found the problem with bushing which they cleaned and regreased. No problems now and No charge on the job.
Best of all, 2 times i tried to offer a tip since i was so happy with the service - both time courteously declined...very admirable and makes you feel that they are just after doing a good job. A good indicator of professionalism at least.
Also from reading all the threads of other Tsikoteers Isuzu Alabang is suppose to be very good (both Pasig and Alabang Braches are Ayala owned).
Hope this helps :D
Ps to Levi -- are u the same levi in Pinoy Audio Forums?

isa pang bulok isuzu manila. for me, super ok isuzu alabang then isuzu makati. balintawak ewan ko. basta alabang the best.
bad experience ko sa inteco, nung new labas palang trooper 4x2, they asked me to put a dwnpayment which i did, 1week lang daw, sa sobrang bad trip ko, nakabuy na me sa ibang dealer which was after a month n yet d ko pa kuha downpayment ko, pinatagal talaga.
sa service naman,
manila n balintawak couldn't fix the problems with my trooper, only the competentppl of alabang with the help of rani... k agad trooper ko, n didn't pay a cent.
Choice I would have made as well.
