Good day sirs, don't know if i'm in the proper forum but i would like to ask if you have any ideas on how much is the fuel consumption of Isuzu NKR and Mitsubishi Canter closed vans? let's say they are about 3-5 years already... I'm asking this because I am suspecting that our drivers are playing a dirty trick on us, they ask for money everyday for refueling, we give them 500 each time for refueling, and constantly they just travel around 30-40 to 60 at most per day. Do you think this is just right?
I am also gathering solid evidences for something someone has told me, he said our drivers are not giving us the actual receipt, they would ask the gasoline boys to just load up 100 or 200 pesos and give them unclaimed 500 pesos worth of receipt... any comments will be gladly appreciated.. thank you sirs

    Hello sir,
no experience with the FC ng van niyo pero we also have the same problem sa driver ng multi cab ng store namin, after investigation we found out that the driver is cheating us, ganyan na ganyan ang ginawa pakarga ng kalahati then dadayain sa resibo. tinangal na namin yung driver.

7 to 8km /ltr city driving with max load.
9 to 10km/ltr highway with max load.

depnde eto sa driver mo kung hindi gumagamit nang 1st gear paktay ka. kadalas ganun ang trabaho nang mga driver nang truck.

nasa logistics ako kaya im using the formula for there KPI's.

payo ko lang syo dapat ur using full tank system para madali mo masukat kung tama ang ginagawa nila.
