naku baka kung saan na mapunta ang usapan pag kumontra ka sa mga taong parking their bodies first and their car later.... this tells us kung ano klase ang pihit ng bituka ng mga tao ngayon ibang klase talaga. my cous once had the same situation, he won, and had parked his car. when he came back may spaghetti pa sya from his kaaway, na nasa hood ng car nya ngek?! ugali nga naman ....

We can't really tell you what you did right or wrong in your particular situation because we do not know the other party's side. For them they may have thought you weren't the next in line. Were you signaling at all? In addition, like it was mentioned by other posters, there are no written rules.

If what you say that "she grabbed your spot and saved it for herself" is true then you know she does not have any manners at all. People like those are best left alone, because you don't know if they will retaliate because considering a petty incident, they could make the whole situation worse.

If, for example, you had a dedicated spot at the office parking lot and somebody grabbed yours claiming it theirs, then by all means assert yourself. But this situation is different, because both of you eyed the same spot but neither of you owned it.

In the end you'll realize it's just a parking spot, get over it. So irregardless of whatever transpired, the fact na pinatulan mo pa siya at alam mo na mali siya didn't help the situation at all. Like I said, there are people like that, "tough luck" hanap ka na lang ng iba, cool your head and let it go. Napunta lang sayo yung taong ganyan. I'm sure you've had better days finding parking, but everybody deals with this kind of nuisance. Who knows, baka nagsabi siya sa BF niya tapos balikan pa sasakyan mo like what the other poster here did. Another, maybe she was ordered by her BF to save it, and she didn't know any better.

Let me ask you, is that worth it? If you say no, there's your answer. If you say yes, good luck to you.

I've had this happen to me before, this time the guy blatantly stole the parking spot as the other car was leaving even if I was already showing intent of parking. He just accelerated into the empty spot as I was maneuvering to get in. I confronted him, it got bad, he took my license plate down so I took his down. He even threatened me verbally that if I touch his car, he will "mess mine up" - it came to that point but now I realize that was a stupid move and I should just have let it go. For all I know he probably was armed. Up to this day I have his license number and make and model of the car saved in my phone just in case he reported a false crime (people can get really crazy). So far nothing happened as I came back to my car.

Believe me, it's not worth it.

Xmas season lang yan. Yan ang kaasar pag Pasko. Magbuburo na lang ako sa bahay til Xmas is over para makaiwas sa dami ng tao/sasakyan.

I hope ito mga parking business, lalo na yung sa mga malalaking malls na maglagay ng mga video or indicator na nakapark na yung sasakyan.....

hehehe dami ganyang case, nakakaasar talaga, lalo na katulad kahapon, naalala ko ulit, we are all queing in line to enter the carpark infront of v-mall, mula police station, hanggang sa entrance, pumila ako.. nung sa may chowking na, nahinto kami dahil may mga tumatawid sa pedestrian. so nabreak kami sa pila, then all of a sudden a white escape rushed to the gap... busit na busit kami, lalo siguro ung nauna sa akin.. pero anu magagawa namin--kung cocomprontahin namin, baka kung anu lang mangyari masama, kaya isinadyos nalang namin siya at maalala nya sana yung ginawa nyang yun pag sinigitan siya sa pila.

ang parking rule sa parking lot pagka lagpas ng counter is di naman 1st come first serve--swertihan talaga..kung paikot-ikot ka, sasayang ka ng gas at mas lesser chance mo makakuha ng space. than dun sa sasakyan na inuunahan mo palagi.. kasi nagantay siya ng spot.

courtesy dun, any parked cars with in your front turning radius, sayo un--left man or right. paf lumampas ka by a nose/ you need to move several feet para makadaan ung aalis, sorry, ka kung mauunahan ka ng kasunod mo--bahala na ung kasunod mo magbigay sayo/mahiya man.

madami nang namatay dahil sa parking space-- so why waste your life for it, sa halagang 30-40 pesos lang at less than a 2sq. m or space na di pa sayo until 1AM or 3.99 hours, bubuwis mo buhay mo..

kaya eto nalang kung may namilit mauna sa yo/sinigitan ka sa parking, ipag dasal nyu nalang siya na di siya karmahin sa ginawa nya.


PS: kung maganda yung chicks, at gwapo/cool ka..show your "close-up smile" then kindatan mo, malay mo pagbiyan ka pa....:p

Well all your points are taken especially you mbeige, besides somehow kinabahan ako after but it's done already and yeah I won't do that again.

I even paid 40 bucks to the washboy assigned to that lane to watch over my car but at that time lam nyo iyong talagang nandun ka na pa park nagiintay ka na lang para mag backout iyong sasakyan and biglang pumunta iyong babae doon na malayo sa amin ng 2-3 na sasakyan. Damn it talaga!!! Pero sabi nga sa driving rules ng DMV eh pag nagkainitan kayo ng fellow driver mo eh mali at offense din kapag uminit ang ulo mo dahil hindi naman matutuwid iyong paginit din ng naaagrabyado na party.


Now kung maganda ba? Hehehe well masasbi ko payat sya at hindi din sya panget pero hindi ko sya type hahaha.

Kapag may ganyan, sabihin mo na lang: "Wow, anong model ng kotse yun, dalawa ang paa ha?" hehehe.

Bayaan mo na yan. Kamag anak din niyan yung mga singit sa pila sa grocery at yung hindi maantay makalabas ang mga sakay ng elevator bago pumasok.

Sa akin naman ang nangyari sa SM North, wala akong maparadahan, ginawa ko, tinawagan ko yung driver ni commander (I don't have a driver). Pagdating ko sa parking slot niya, pinaalis ko yung sasakyan at ako nag-park (nag-signal naman ako at nagsenyasan kami ng driver). Aba may gusto pang makipag away sa akin! Parang yung mga maton sa pelikula (I think he was in a Kia Pregio) ang asta sabay banat sakin 'kakadating mo pa lang dito, parada ka na agad ha' (pa-siga effect pa).

Nainis lang ako ng konti kaya sinagot ko na: "Eh kotse ko din iyan, eh. Pinapunta ko kaninang umaga para may parking ako ngayong gabi!" (it was 7pm). Sabay banat yung driver ni commander: "Oist, boss ko yan." :lol:

Hehehe. Natawa yung mga tambay na driver.
