I guess the best thing to do is kung wala ka naman naririnig or nararamdaman kakaiba sa kotse mo is find a gasoline station or any other place na matao ang maliwang saka huminto at tingnan...

at saka pa insured niyo na ang mga kotse niyo para if meronmga ganyan or yun isang klaseng MO na babangain yun kotse niyo, eh pabyaan niyo nalang at claim na lang sa insurance para huwag ka na bumababa...

    may isa pang MO.

my friend told me that his son's car was jacked while at the 7-Eleven store on buendia cor harrison in pasay city.

it was about 1am, and his son celebrated his birthday with friends in manila. and on his way home to cavite, he decided to stop by a 7-11. he went to the store while his friend was waiting in the car, which was still running.

his friend heard a sound from the back. like a heavy thump on the trunk hood. he went out to check it. by the time he knew it, someone had gotten in the driver seat and drove away with the car.

kaya ingat when you park anywhere.

dami na talaga mga kapit patalim sa pinas... siguro what i can say is when someone trys to point something sa rear ng car mo just point the side view mirror sa rear wheel mo to see if its busted if not ok lang naman takbo ka basta ok goma mo. then just look at it when you get home. dami ganyan sa c5 area kaya be careful.

I had similar experience along C5-ugong pasig years back my college days (not too long ago ha. hehe). I was driving my dads Pajero Fieldmaster then suddenly a Toyota revo waved at us and pointed at my rear-left tire. I tried to ignore but he was persistent. I drove a little faster para iwanan sya but again he followed me and insisting that my left rear tire was flat. Medyo kinakabahan na ako and was checking both side mirrors and the rear view mirror for possible danger. Medyo kinukulit ako, so i rolled down my window nalang and waved thank you. When i saw
a gas station, i immediately went in and checked my tire. Ayun, flat nga.

Hehe. Stay cautious lang when these things happen. Minsan totoo naman talaga
but take extra extra caution. Keep you cellphone at hand din ready to dial emergency numbers. Or ready to send text.

That is why I always lock the doors when the driver leaves the car while the key is still in the ignition.

And IMO, it is not good use of common sense to step out of the car while the key is in the ignition.
