Is this after the Edsa flyover across Quezon Ave., or before it (which is after the Edsa flyover across East Ave)?

Before EDSA-Q.Ave. flyover bro, north bound.. I just don't understand why authorities are allowing these people to cross the highway when they can use the MRT overpass to go to the other side which is also accessible and poses no danger to them.

Mga pinoy talaga gusto palagi shortcut, pag nabunggo mo naman, ikaw pa may kasalanan. Only in the Philippines.

I have to agree with Galactus. though I admit, as myself more of a pedestrian than a motorist most of the time, minsan mainit ulo ko sa majority of young and healthy pedestrians. that I am tempted to side sweep them when I'm a motorist. jokey feeling lang...

galit din ako sa maraming motorist when I'm in a pedestrian mode. ang daming bilis at hindi mapagbigay sa mataong lugar.

Let's use our horn wisely..
I remember those days taking test at LTO
Never use Horn infront of disabled person..
Meron pang ibang questions dun Courtesy for the Pedestrians..
This Taong Grasa.. for me Disable narin..
Wala sa sarili.. Wag tau magbubusina sa mga tumatawid..
Minsan nagcocommute din ako..
Unahin parin patawirin ang mga pedestrians..
Medyo walang galang kapag bubusinahan ka tumatawid ka..
nasa Pedestrian lane ka na nun ha.. matino na ko nyan..
Mas matritriger mo yung wala sa katinuan..

I personally use my horn to motorcyclist na swerve ng swerve..
Un.. makaka-aksidente kasi sila ng wala sa oras..

ito dapat ang isa sa mga inaayos ng mga mambabatas e. di yung puro sila papogi. kahit kasalanan nung namatay e nakukulong pa din driver. kahit na sabihing pinapakawalan naman pag napatunayan sa korte na walang kasalanan. e pano yung abala?
