I doubt that anyone would sign. The best thing to do is for them to record their efforts on video so if they get questioned, they can show that they did try to evacuate these stubborn people.

Hard to judge the situation without knowing how the tension built up in the first place. The purok leader did came off a bit strong and arrogant at the beginning of the video. I mean, she should've known better than to agitate a cold, wet and exhausted crowd. Maybe she could've handled it more delicately.

Correct, kung yung kinabukasan na nga lang nila gustong iasa sa gobyerno, may diperensya talaga sa pag iisip. Sila rin dahilan kung bakit nananalo mga trapo, votes for sale.
