Nag-appear na yung driver today, si Talan. Di raw sya yung nagmamaneho nung vios taxi, kasi, nissan daw yung dala nya kahapon, at nasa vicinity raw sya ng manila, during that incident.

But he was identified positively by the other enforcers, & the victim himself.

Eto pa....yung nissan na dala ni Talan at yung vios na sumagasa sa TE, pareho plaka. Kaya dini-deny nya na sya may dala nung Vios.

Happened to me at the corner Edsa & East Ave. (sa ilalim ng fly over). The stupid MMDA enforce blocked my car right at the center. I got down and shouted at him "Anong hinaharang mo dyan sa harap ko? " Sagot nya beating the red light daw. My reply was, it was still green and up until i saw you i have to slow down thus it turned yellow and when i stop , it was obviously Red already and why it's was i you flagged down when those taxis on my left and right behind me you never blocked? Shouting i told him to get out of my way kung hindi sasagasaan ko cya and let my insurance handle the case. I got back to my car and rev hard. Lumayas ang GAGO.

ganyan din ginawa sa akin sa las pinyas ng isang trapik enforcer.humarang sa harap mismo ng hood ko .sabi ko itatabi ko para kung may violation ako eh tikitan niya ako.tatanggapin ko.ayaw lumayas sa harap ng hood ko .kaya ginawa ko pinihit ko manibela pa kanan para itabi pero nagpupumilit si enforcer na humarang sa harapan ko.sabay radyo sa patrol na sinasagasaan ko daw siya..

ano ba ang tamang paninita ng isang trapik enforcer sakali mang may violation ang isang motorista.driver.dapat ba talagang humarang sa harapan ng hood mismo.or patabihin niya sa shoulder ang sasakyan para don mag kotongan.este magtikitan..

pag kasi humarang sa mismong harapan para bang nakaka init ng ulo..at parang naghahamon ng gulo..

I've seen the video. Hindi ko alam kung maawa ako or maiinis sa TE.
Honestly, granting na may violation si taxi at tumakas, bakit ka sasampa sa hood?
Hindi maitatama ng katangahan ang isang pagkakamali.
Bakit hindi na lang irecord or iradio yung plaka at i-alert ang ibang TE sa area.

Anu nga palang violation?
Umaga ata ito nangyari. Baka merong hindi pa nag-aalmusal sa kanila.

Ito yung pulis (pa). Watched it sa news nakiusap siya ng pabulong na pulis din siya. Malamang ayos na rin yan

Hindi sya pulls. Nakakulong na sya after a real policeman na nasa gas station saw what happened and apprehended the motorcycle rider.

Call center agent daw si rider.
As per DZBB this morning, nakakulong raw si kup*l, at panay daw ang sigaw, nag-iingles pa....."Ang init! i'm not used to this kind of environment!"

I got apprehended last night (my fault). The TE explained my violation and asked to see my license and registration. The officer was very courteous and since I know I was in the wrong anyway, I gave her what she wanted. She checked my license, the OR/CR, looked at my conduction sticker and told me how much the penalty was going to be... I didn't argue and just kept my cool (though in my mind, I was kicking myself). I was getting ready to receive the ticket when she started to engage me with small talk about what I do and where I'm heading. I complied and segwayed to asking if she can let me off with just a warning. In the end, she gave me back my license and registration then waved me off without giving me a ticket.

The take away here is, these guys probably have one of the most stressful jobs in the world. Be nice and courteous and there's a big probability that they'll let you off the hook.
