P 200 for a ticket? Not bad really given you'll spend the same in parking for a day or so in Makati and Manila. :D

But to not pay? That's plain kalokohan. If there was indeed a violation then own up! At least you just have to pay it and not redeem your license, plate number or anything.

Avoid all the things I said in my original post. Let's say I have only one question there. What will happen if I don't pay the illegal parking ticket that I got? Just an answer.
