I saw this happens this week. A car illegal parking and Mapsa come to tow. Then angry car owner comes and shout it think. He so angry then he make call and they let go. Or he pay? I don't know. What I know they let him go. How strange that is in Makati where everyone afraid of Mapsa. Except powerful of course. Maybe Makati is really place of equal right.
