seriously, ganyan ka palpak ang LTO natin...yun na lang portion in Love about the traffics signs...instead na 9 of 10 e 1 of 10 lang yata ang nakaka-alam...and to think these are PROFESSIONAL driver's license peeps kasi mga driver ng PUVs.....ang hina nga ng mga higher ups at hindi nila mapatino ang LTO...

pilipino nga naman... magaling sa pirata and panggagagaya... sa LTO basta pera ang pinagusapan, wala ng problema dun... madali na sa kanilang gawan ng paraan yun diba? basta ba "THE PRICE IS RIGHT" eh.. hahahaha
