Dealer: Hyundai J. Abad Santos
Ok, here's our story:
Ipinasok namin yung unit last Aug. 10. We outlined the problems we encountered to the SA. We specifically told him where the rattling noises were coming from. The SA told us that the unit will be released the following day, AM. The whole day of Aug. 10, we did not receive any updates from the SA, so we thought everything was ok. Based on our experience kasi with other brands (i.e. Nissan), we receive at least 1 update per day, especially if they are having problems resolving the issues we raised. Come Aug. 11, mabuti nalang naisipan kong tumawag muna. Bakit?
Facepalm moment.
When I asked him what he did, he said: "...tightening of bolts." Long story short, his response was very generic. When I told him to recheck the problem, he said: "...punta ka dito para matest drive natin." At this point I was already irked, so I told him: "...kapag hindi niyo narinig, malas.
I can say na 95% of the time naririnig ko yung rattling noise. Yung 5%, sa makikinis na kalsada like NLEX.
After our conversation, the SA told me that he would give an update within the day.
I felt bad kasi for sure magagasgasan yung unit namin lalo na't kabagu bago, kaso no choice naman. So, at the end of it all, what was the assessment?
The EPS module has to be replaced. ~2 weeks waiting time.
Kailan narelease yung unit? Aug. 16 PM dapat, kaso Aug. 17 AM na namin kinuha. (~1 week.) Anong status nung unit ng ilabas namin?
*1. May maliit na scratch sa right bumper. Pwede na nilang ideny ito.
3. Baliktad ang kabit ng L and R wipers.
4. May naiwan silang 2 screws.
5. Hindi centered ang steering wheel. If I want the car to go straight, ganito dapat ang kabig:
