if only the authorities would use a tool like this blog and websites like tsikot.com. we would all be driving on safer roads. as well as identify abusive people

phil star newspaper march 7 2006; motoring section (inside the business stories); in the readers' reaction by sms (a grayed out box under one of the columns). one of the readers suggested we all take a look at your site. i think his comments were 'how even the traffic enforcers violate the traffic rules, caught on camera'.
see my pahabol statement above. i mean, i can go on vacation anytime. but my spouse has her...
